Karyn Pentecost is the founder and curriculum creator of The Girls Room™ LLC and The Girls Room Academy™

Karyn has combined her education of AAAI Yoga Certified, Cooper Aerobics/Personal Training and an Aesth. RMT, Mht, Cht, certifications to create "a new fitness possibility" program for women.
