About me

Since I graduated from high school my life experience has been varied. At 22 years old I have a lot to show for myself. When I left St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM, I had been taking anywhere from 21 hours of classes a semester to 17 hours of classes while working a steady job. While at St. John's I learned how to effectively communicate with others. Each class was in seminar format meaning that in an instant I had to communicate my point clearly, listen closely to what others had said, then formulate an intelligent and compelling response. These conversations were based on original text readings from arguably the greatest human minds, including Aristotle, Euclid, and hundreds more. This was no easy task but I developed the skills of thinking on my feet while following the same thought process as these Great Thinkers. This educational experience I had while at this school was valuable, and at the same time was extremely difficult.
Through the questions brought up by the great thinkers I read at St. John's I decided to take some time off to explore what I really wanted to do in life. Next, I went to work at a health clinic that specializes in childhood ADHD, depression and obesity. At this health clinic one of my greatest strengths was my ability to asses situations accurately, then put in the missing pieces to have them work or work better. If I did not know what the missing pieces were I knew how to resourcefully find out. My official title there was Director of Marketing because I had an instinctive talent for marketing. As Director of Marketing I tripled the client count, had our supervising health care professional interviewed on FOX News 4 times, have articles written about him and the clinic in Dallas Child and Frisco Style magazines (Frisco Style was so impressed with us that I negotiated a deal for Dr. Stewart to have his own monthly article in the magazine). He was also on several radio shows and spoke to a number of large audiences, we did little to no marketing that was paid for. I saw the situation accurately, the clinic had little to no money for marketing, I resourcefully came up with the idea for implementing free press, and the result was three times more clients walking in the door and huge buzz for Dr. Stewart and the clinic.
